On April 18th, I booked an appointment at Palacchi Nishinomiya, a hair quality improvement salon, through Hotpepper Beauty.

I received the "No. 1 Scalp Care" Hybrid Color + Carbonated Scalp Cleansing Treatment, likely performed by stylist S.

She was incredibly thorough, and instead of simply stating my preferred color and proceeding with the treatment, she considered how the color would fade and adjusted the coloring accordingly!

I was so impressed by her service and the results were fantastic that I tried to write a review on Hotpepper Beauty, but unfortunately, the review submission deadline had expired! 😿 I'm so sorry.

I'll post it here instead. Next time I visit, I'd like to take photos if possible and edit this review to include pictures of the salon!

It's a highly recommended and popular salon, so I expected a long wait, but I was served smoothly. I look forward to seeing you again!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was exceptionally good. The customer service here was fantastic. The actual service was just as great.
